Zive ECG monitoring system is designed for patients with symptoms of various heart diseases or for situations where a doctor suspects cardiac pathology without symptoms. Long-term ECG monitoring is an ideal test as it allows the patient to engage in normal daily activities, increasing the likelihood that they will experience situations that may cause symptoms or cardiac events. This allows any rhythm problems or abnormalities to be linked to activities and/or symptoms. ECG monitoring can also be used to rule out the causes of heart problems. Zive ECG is a non-invasive, long-lasting ambulatory ECG device that can record an ECG signal for up to 7 days on a single battery charge.
The device is an ultra-lightweight, 1-derivative digital ECG recorder (mini-holter) using internal memory and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, which can be used to monitor ECG data in real time and transmit it to Zive servers for processing. Zive's artificial intelligence system recognizes the ECG signal and detects abnormalities according to ISO EN 60601-2-25.
