FAQ

1. I can't connect to ZIVE ECG via the mobile app.

Try rebooting your phone and the device itself. The device is recharged when plugged into a charging dock. Insert the device into the charger and connect the charger to the USB socket, the ZIVE indicator on the device should be on steady.

2. Which phones does ZIVE ECG work with?

The device works with iOS (Iphone) and Android phones. If available, iOS family devices are recommended. As the Android operating system has many official and unofficial versions, we recommend using only phones with manufacturer support (Google Pixel, Samsung, Motorola, OnePlus, etc., phones).

3. How do I switch the ZIVE ECG on/off?

Put the strap on your chest and clip the ZIVE device to your chest, after a few seconds the device will "recognise" your body and start measuring the cardiogram, the indicator will start flashing densely. At the same time, log in to the mobile app and create your account. To check if the device is working and recording data, you can click on the Generate live ECG button in the mobile app. When you have finished using the device, we recommend that you disconnect the device from your belt and store it at the charging station.

4. What to do with ZIVE ECG data?

The ZIVE ECG generates a report that can only be interpreted by qualified medical personnel. Our company is not a medical institution and does not have the right to and does not provide medical or health advice related to the use of the ZIVE ECG. The medical device is certified in the European Union and its data must be accepted by medical institutions.

5. Can I return my purchased ZIVE ECG device if I don't need or like it?

Only low-quality devices can be returned, the ZIVE ECG is a medical device with strict hygiene and safety requirements, so a high-quality device will not be accepted.

6. Has my device data been logged, how can I check?

If the device is correctly inserted and the green light is flashing, the data is recorded. The data analysis takes place on the server, so sometimes not all data is downloaded due to connection interference. You can check this by clicking (DETAILS) at the bottom of the mobile phone application and see if there are any files that have not been downloaded. The file download will resume automatically. It is recommended to do this several times a day when measurements are taking place.

7. How do I analyse the data, how do I generate a pdf report?

The data is analysed after it goes from the phone to the server. To check whether the data has been forwarded, see point 6. Data analysis can take several hours, depending on the volume, so it is recommended to generate pdf reports no more than once a day. It is also recommended to generate the report 15 minutes after the last file has been downloaded, after checking that all files have been downloaded.
